When Elizabeth Davis stepped into her role as Vice President of RCM and Payer Strategy, she saw an organization full of opportunity and knew InsideDesk could be a key driver of change. With a mix of centralized and decentralized operations, many locations were still managing their own RCM alongside daily patient care.
